By clicking on the “I Accept” button below, you (the "Purchaser”) agree that the following Terms and Conditions will apply to the Purchasers purchase of the Short Assured Tenancy Agreement (the “Agreement”) from Landordscotland.com (the “Vendor”) and you therefore agree: 1. That the whole service provided to the Purchaser by the Vendor comprises the sale to the Purchaser of the Agreement together with the supply of the other documents (the “Documents”) which Documents will be transferred to the Purchaser free of charge; 2. That the Vendor has not provided the Purchaser with any legal advice regarding either the nature or the effect of the Agreement or the Documents nor provided the Purchaser with any advice as to the Purchasers liabilities as a Landlord and in that regard the Vendor does not have any liability to the Purchaser; 3. That while the Vendor has made every effort to ensure that the Agreement and the Documents to be transferred to the Purchaser are accurate and comply with current requirements of Scots Law at the time of transfer, no warranty, express or implied, can be given; 4. That the Vendor does not have any knowledge of the Purchasers particular circumstances nor any knowledge of the property the Purchaser intends to let and has not given the Purchaser any advice regarding the Purchasers legal liability or the Purchasers rights as a Landlord; 5. To use the Agreement transferred to the Purchaser for the Purchasers own purposes only and that the Purchaser will not publish it, or cause or permit another to publish it, for use by another person; 6. That the Agreement to be transferred to the Purchaser is Copyright and that the Intellectual Property vested in the Agreement belongs to the Vendor; 7. That the other Documents to be transferred or downloaded to the Purchaser have been provided free of charge; 8. That the contract of sale the Purchaser is about to enter into is governed by Scots Law and prorogation to any other jurisdiction is not permitted; 9. That the any further assistance the Purchaser may receive by email from the Vendor to complete the Agreement or the Documents, does not constitute legal advice; 10. That the above Terms and Conditions are the whole Terms and Conditions under which the Vendor will sell the Agreement to the Purchaser; 11. That these Terms and Conditions may be altered or varied by the Vendor from time to time without notice. If the Purchaser clicks the “I Disagree” button the Purchaser will be returned to the Landlordscotland.com homepage.
